This website and the MotoFlap mobile application are owned by MotoFlap (hereinafter, "MotoFlap").
2. Use of the website
Accessing and using the MotoFlap website or application grants user status and implies full acceptance of these terms. MotoFlap reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the content, design and terms of use of the site and app.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the website and application (source code, design, logos, texts, images, maps, icons and graphics) is the property of 2M2C APPS SL or third parties who have expressly authorised its use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is prohibited without explicit written authorisation from the rights holder.
4. Liability and limitation
2M2C APPS SL accepts no liability for damages arising from use of the MotoFlap application, including but not limited to: road accidents, incidents during routes, decisions made based on app data (speed, lean angle, fall alerts) or service unavailability. The SOS/PEMEA system is a supplementary tool and does not replace official emergency services (112 / local equivalent). MotoFlap does not guarantee the accuracy of location data or continuous service availability.
5. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). For full details, see the Privacy Policy at /politica-privacidad.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of MotoFlap, the parties submit to the courts of the city where 2M2C APPS SL has its registered address, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction applicable to consumers under consumer protection regulations.
